These Referral Program Terms ("Terms") govern your participation in the Terrapin user referral program ("Program"). By participating, you agree to these Terms in addition to our standard Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

• Be a current Terrapin user with an active paid or trial account

• Be at least 18 years of age

• Use your unique referral link provided by Terrapin

2. How It Works

• Share your referral link with friends or colleagues.

• For every 5 new users who sign up using your link and activate a paid subscription, you’ll receive 1 month of free access.

• Rewards are applied to your account automatically after verification.

• There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.

3. Qualifying Referrals

A referral qualifies only if:

• The referred user signs up using your unique referral link

• The referred user becomes a paying customer (not just a trial user)

• The referred account is not associated with the same household, IP, device, or email domain

4. Reward Fulfillment

• Free months will be applied as credits against your upcoming renewal

• If you are on an annual plan, credit will extend your next renewal date accordingly

• Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value

5. Abuse and Fraud

We reserve the right to disqualify referrals and suspend accounts if we detect:

• Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or fraudulent signups

• Use of referral links in paid ad platforms, coupon sites, or spam

• Any manipulation of referral tracking systems

6. Program Changes

Terrapin reserves the right to:

• Modify or terminate this Program at any time

• Change reward thresholds or incentives with or without notice

• Deny rewards at its sole discretion if abuse is suspected
