Thank you for participating in the Terrapin Beta Program ("Beta Program"). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which you ("User", "you") may access and use the beta version of the Terrapin platform (the "Beta Service").

1. Participation and Eligibility

Participation in the Beta Program is by invitation only. You must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Have received an invite or been accepted from the Terrapin waitlist

• Agree to these Beta Program Terms in addition to the Terrapin Terms & Conditions

2. Beta Access and Term

• Access is granted for a 30-day free trial beginning on the date your beta account is activated.

• Your trial may be extended at Terrapin’s sole discretion, particularly in response to bug reports or product feedback.

• At the end of the trial, you may:

  • Convert to a paid annual subscription

  • Delete your account and data

3. No Guarantee of Availability

• The Beta Service is pre-release software and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

• Features may be incomplete or unstable.

• You acknowledge that the Beta Service may experience bugs, performance issues, or outages.

4. Feedback

You agree to provide feedback on your experience with the Beta Service when requested. We may use your feedback without restriction and without any obligation to compensate you.

5. Data Handling and Deletion

• You acknowledge that data uploaded during the beta may be reset, lost, or deleted.

• Terrapin is not liable for any loss or corruption of data during the Beta Program.

• You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

6. No Refunds

The Beta Program is offered at no cost. As such, no refunds apply. Users who transition to a paid subscription will then fall under Terrapin’s standard Refund Policy.

7. Termination

Terrapin reserves the right to terminate or suspend Beta access at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

8. Governing Terms

Participation in the Beta Program is subject to this Agreement and the broader Terrapin End User Licence Agreement, Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
